1. License of Use

The TaFeito. application grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the application on your devices strictly for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Premium Subscription and Payments

Additional cloud features and artificial intelligence integrations are reserved for Premium plan subscribers ($0.99/month or $9.99/year). By subscribing to the paid plan, you agree to automatic renewal charges until you actively cancel through your app store settings or Stripe account.

3. Storage and Data Loss

Because the application prioritizes local storage (Offline First), data saved locally on devices not connected or synchronized with a Premium account depends exclusively on the integrity of the respective device\'s storage. We are not responsible for data loss due to accidental formatting of the device or physical damage to the user\'s hardware.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the provision of the application or discontinue services at any time, with prior notice to active Premium subscribers.
