Smart Parser

How does it work?

The TaFeito. parser is programmed to understand natural language. When typing in free format, our engine analyzes the grammatical flow to automatically extract event variables.

Pro Tip: You can type all parameters in any order, the parser will organize everything as soon as you press the Enter key.

Syntax Examples

Buy bread tomorrow at 8am p1 #market // Schedules for tomorrow, 8:00 AM, high priority and adds the market tag.

Study german every mon and wed at 7pm // Creates a recurring task on Mondays and Wednesdays in the indicated period.

Schedule meeting in 4 days p3 // Automatically calculates the event day for 4 days from now.

Eisenhower Matrix

The matrix divides tasks into 4 quadrants according to importance and urgency:

Do now: Activities that are urgent and crucial.
Schedule: Important, but can be done later.
Delegate: Urgent, but do not depend exclusively on you.
Eliminate: Activities that are neither urgent nor important.

Monitor your daily activities and repetitive routines. With each consecutive completion, the app increments your streak counter.

XP Bonus: Keeping a habit streak active for more than 10 consecutive days grants a permanent 1.5x XP multiplier on all completed tasks.

Focus Without Distractions

Divide your work periods into focused 25-minute blocks followed by quick 5-minute breaks. Complete the cycle and earn additional productivity points.

Background Sounds

You can activate pink noise, rain sound, or coffee shop noise generators directly from the taskbar to focus faster.
